Blythe arrival

A little birdie has told me that Blythe dolls will be available at bob on Saturday the 29th of October...normally they don't make it to the shelves but we have ordered as many as we possibly can so we have some for the shop:) Instore only sales at this time, we will have some online after November the 5th:) We also have a host of Blythe books, pattern books and photography books direct from Japan.

The great guinea pig dilemma

You know when you have taken on a bit too much! When you find yourself cutting on the front counter of your shop, because the back room is filled with half made toys, Christmas stock, new printing for journals and pass the parcel orders being made up. But making guinea pigs and bunnys on the counter isn't all it's cracked up to be, with fur flying around and losing eyeballs down the floorboard cracks, it was a task best left to the back room, hopefully I will get loads more finished and out on the shelves so we can finish off the little critters:)

We have loads of new things arriving at bob from some brand new artists and crafters.
We are proud to announce the launch of John Holtons new poetry books, "cowness" and "the little book of nowhere" both little books filled with the most touching, funny and beautifully written poems by John and all handmade and hand cut from start to finish on his kitchen table. Then placed in their own little handmade covers for you to take away a little piece of loveliness.









Jackie has the most beautiful eye for detail. Finding and putting together these gorgeous one off buckle brooches. We have a selection in store now that are truly beautiful. Jackie is from Castlemaine and we are so lucky to have her unique brooches in our shop:)
